Congratulations to all those club members who participated in the Spectrum 10k or other spring races this past weekend! Racing season officially kicks off this month! Make sure to take advantage of being a member of the Southern Utah Triathlon Club by using the discount codes for races! Many have already been sent out for 2012 and I'm sure there will be more to come. The Local tri season kicks off with the SHAC Spring Triathlon on April 7th. Remember that you can receive a discount on St. George City races by registering at the St. George Recreation Center and telling them you are a Tri Club member. SHAC is a fun way to shake off the cob webs from Winter and start your season on the right foot.
We want to hear about all your races and training! Post updates and race reports on the Southern Utah Triathlon Club Facebook page. This is a fun way for us to continually be inspired and motivated by each other.
AND THE CONTEST WINNER IS... Michael Green was the winner last week of the SkullCandy headphone package courtesy of TriEdge.net. Congratulations Mike and thank you TriEdge for this awesome giveaway. Make sure to show TriEdge.net your support by liking them on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/ triathletesedge and by checking out their website. Watch your e-mail and Facebook for more contests and giveaways coming soon!
